Westernbull srl (hereinafter “Owner”) protects the privacy of visitors to the site westernbull.it (hereinafter "Site") in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect users' personal data.
Data processed and purposes
- Contact detailsName, Surname, and Email address collected via the "General Request" (with Message field) and "Product Customization Request" (with Notes field) forms. Purpose: Processing requests, providing information on products/services, and establishing business relationships. Legal basis: The Data Controller's legitimate interest in responding to requests and promoting its business.
- Browsing dataIP addresses, browser type, access logs (anonymized). Purpose: ensuring the functioning of the Site, aggregate technical/statistical analysis, fraud prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Cookies and trackersManaged in accordance with the Cookie Policy available here: https://westernbull.it/cookie-policy.
The data does not include special categories (Article 9 GDPR). We do not perform automated profiling or aggressive marketing.
Collection and storage methods
Data is collected only on a voluntary basis through the Site's forms, subject to explicit consent to privacy (mandatory checkbox).
- Retention: 12 months for contact data (unless required by contract or legal obligation); 7 days for browsing logs; according to the Cookie Policy for cookies. Automatic or upon request deletion.
- Security: EU servers with controlled access, encrypted backups, HTTPS protocols.
Communication and transfers
The data is processed by the Data Controller and any authorized processors (hosting, website maintenance, email response services). It is not transferred outside the EU without appropriate authorization.
Rights of interested parties
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability by writing to info@westernbull.it. You will receive a response within 1 month (renewable). Revoke consent: change your preferences or request deletion.
